Bulk materials handling unit

For loading all kinds of bulk material into transporters. Target market: the ceramics and brick industries.
Chassis with differential gears, and two drive wheels with an electric motor. The chain-driven conveyor mechanically shifts the bulk.

Filling time: 1 minute for 300 kgs.

Sack filling machine

For filling all types of coal into sacks. Chassis with differential gears, and two drive wheels with an electric motor. The coal is mechanically raised, transferred via the roller conveyor, riddled and automatically weighed into 50 kg sacks.

Filling time: 10 sec. for 50 kg.

Motorized Hand-Scooper E 2-9

For unloading all bulk material from open wagons or trucks, for charging conveyor belts, bucket conveyors, boiler works etc.
There are three different trough widths available:

for heavy bulk: 120 Li = 700 mm wide

for medium heavy bulk: 180 Li = 850 mm wide

for light bulk: 240 Li = 1.000 mm wide
